• Monitor ingredient inventory and ensure freshness of all materials.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment for smooth daily operations.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to uphold our reputation.
• Hands on and hardworking.
• Maintains adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensures the proper storage and refrigeration.
• Cleans, breaks down, and puts away all baking equipment.
• Execute any other duties as assigned.
