Responsibilities

  • All stages of production from preparing to baking of bread, cakes and pastries.
  • Ensuring the quality of products meets our standards and consistency.
  • Assisting with receiving stocks, checking and ensuring quality of ingredients used in baking production.
  • Maintaining and upkeep of kitchen machinery and equipment.
