Job summary

Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business (SCCIOB) is seeking a results-driven Programme Consultant to grow learner enrolments, build corporate partnerships, and drive business growth across training and education solutions.

You will advise clients on learning pathways, manage portfolios, and represent SCCIOB at events while collaborating with marketing and partnerships teams to expand reach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in sales, business development, customer service, or account management.
• Experience in training/education/SME/corporate services or B2B sales is advantageous.
• Motivation to succeed in a performance-driven, commission-based compensation structure.
• Strong communication, presentation, client management and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-centric, results-driven and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Drive learner enrolments and corporate partnerships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads.
• Manage assigned programme portfolios and client accounts.
• Represent SCCIOB at networking events, exhibitions and webinars.
• Support marketing activities to increase programme awareness and enrolment.
