Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales and business development.
• Ability to engage both individual learners and corporate decision-makers.
• Highly organized with disciplined follow-up and pipeline management.
• Willingness to develop new relationships and industry partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Recommend suitable courses, certification pathways, programme bundles.
• Conduct consultative conversations and provide guidance on programmes, funding and career pathways.
• Manage enquiries across phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Proactively follow up with prospects and manage opportunities through enrolment.
• Maintain accurate learner and sales records.
• Achieve agreed enrolment and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new corporate training opportunities and accounts.
• Build relationships with HR, L&D, and business leaders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
• Develop existing clients into longer-term corporate training accounts.
• Co-represent the organisation at key industry and networking functions.
• Use CRM tools to monitor pipeline activity and performance.
