Job summary

ICC Academy in Singapore is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to grow our corporate training portfolio. You will build relationships with multinational clients, government entities, trade associations and academic partners, and lead initiatives to expand ICC Academy's education and training solutions.

You will develop sales strategies, manage pipelines, tailor proposals, collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations, and travel occasionally to progress business development

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in education, training, or professional services.
• Proven track record of building relationships with large multinational organisations and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to meet revenue targets across territories.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities with corporate clients, government entities, trade associations, and academic institutions.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations to address client-specific needs.
