Qualifications

• 1-2 years of outbound B2B calling experience.
• Strong ability to speak confidently with corporate executives.
• Skilled at uncovering pain points through consultative selling.
• Able to grasp industry knowledge and comply with internal standards.

Responsibilities

• Target Executive Decision-Makers: Cold call and email HR Directors, L&D Managers, and Chief People Officers.
• Identify Skills Gaps: Ask probing questions to uncover workforce challenges and needs.
• Present Training Value: Explain how programs improve retention, productivity, and ROI.
• Secure Consultations: Schedule qualified virtual or in-person presentations for sales teams.
• Maintain Pipeline: Track executive contact information and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
