Job summary

REPS HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Programme Executive/Consultant – Business Development & Employer Partnerships in Singapore.

This client-facing role connects learners, employers and the Academy to advise on programmes and develop corporate training opportunities. You will build employer and industry partnerships, manage enquiries and drive enrolments while maintaining accurate learner and sales records.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales and business development.
• Ability to engage both learners and corporate decision-makers.
• Strong organisational skills and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Recommend suitable courses, certification pathways and programme bundles.
• Conduct consultative conversations and advise on programmes, funding and career pathways.
• Manage enquiries across phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Proactively follow up with prospects and move opportunities through enrolment.
• Maintain accurate learner and sales records; achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new corporate training opportunities and accounts.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure and grow existing clients into long-term accounts.
• Co-represent the organisation with the Academy Director at industry events.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and monitor sales metrics.
