You will oversee targets, ensure accurate CRM forecasts, and coach continuous improvement across the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve business targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure CRM data is up-to-date.
• Remove roadblocks and support sales opportunities.
• Coach on team performance, conduct weekly reviews, and provide coaching.
• Develop strategic sales plays based on data, trends, and territory insights.
• Coordinate reporting and forecasting with client contacts and Sales Director.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled selling tools to improve prep, engagement, and follow-up.
