Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a sales role.
• Experience in high-volume calling.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled sales and productivity tools.
• Proficiency in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop strong product knowledge and technical understanding of services.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns or roadblocks affecting satisfaction or usage.
• Manage competitive pressures and objections to retain or win customers.
• Handle high-volume outbound communications via phone and email.
• Use AI-enabled tools to support prospect research and personalized outreach.
• Maintain CRM with accurate customer information.
• Undertake lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, feedback collection, and renewals.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to support follow-up and administrative tasks.
