Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Specialist, Customer Acquisition (English) in Singapore. The role drives outbound prospecting across calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to build a qualified pipeline and acquire new customers.

You will own the full outbound sales cycle, meet activity and revenue targets, and conduct structured discovery. You will collaborate across teams, refine outreach with market insights and AI tools, and use CRM platforms to source leads while maintaining pipeline

Qualifications

Experience with outbound prospecting to build qualified pipeline.
Ability to own the full outbound sales cycle and hit KPIs.
Familiarity with account-based selling and stakeholder mapping.
Comfort using AI-enabled research and sales tools to improve outreach.

Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: identify, research, and engage target accounts via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Sales Execution & Performance: own the full outbound cycle from outreach to deal closure and meet revenue targets.
Account-Based Selling & Strategy: build account plans and engage multiple stakeholders within target organizations.
Collaboration & Feedback: work with marketing on campaigns and provide market insights.
Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement: stay updated on trends and experiment with new outreach techniques.
