Job summary

Cognizant Singapore is seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to grow a portfolio across the Singapore market. You will support the Client Partner, own the account P&L, and drive renewal and expansion opportunities while coordinating with delivery teams to optimize resources and scope.

You will engage CXOs and senior stakeholders, manage business planning and budgeting, and lead negotiations of commercial terms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in account management, domain consulting, and business development within IT services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary management contact and client liaison to CXOs and key stakeholders.
• Own and manage the account's P&L, business planning, and budgeting.
• Drive account mining, renewal & expansion opportunities and manage the pipeline.
• Lead negotiation of commercial terms across engagements.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and vendors to minimize risk and meet project goals.
