Job summary

Set Sail AI seeks a Business Development Executive – Enterprise AI in Singapore to drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, engaging C-suite stakeholders across regions.

You will build relationships, understand client needs, and position the Agentic AI Platform to address customer service and sales workflow challenges, collaborating with product, marketing and customer success teams to refine value propositions and ensure successful onboarding and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience selling B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise software to large organizations.
• Strong skills in new business development and lead generation within enterprise tech/AI contexts.
• Excellent communication, able to present technical solutions in business terms.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive revenue growth.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore and coordinate with regional/global stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise customers.
• Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers; understand client needs.
• Position Set Sail AI’s Agentic AI Platform to address customer service and sales workflows.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine value propositions and support onboarding.
• Track sales performance, maintain pipeline reports, and contribute to GTM strategy.
