Job summary

CNX in Singapore is seeking a Manager I, B2B Sales to lead a sales team focused on revenue growth and strategic client relationships. The role drives onboarding, adoption, health checks, and voice of the customer across accounts, guiding performance and forecasting activities.

You will coach on AI-enabled sales tools, analyze trends, and maintain CRM accuracy while aligning with the Sales Director and clients to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve business targets and meet performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly with high customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and keep CRM data current
• Remove roadblocks to support sales opportunities and enable the team
• Monitor call time, productivity, and conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching
• Analyze data and trends to develop sales plays and best practices for territories
• Stay informed on client services developments and market trends
• Be escalation point for clients and respond promptly to issues
• Maintain communications with Sales Director and clients to foster relationships
• Work with client contact on reporting and forecasting
• Ensure team understands targets (operating, sales, CPTs)
• Coordinate team incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Funds
• Partner with all partners to meet customer expectations
• Coach on AI-enabled sales tools to improve preparation, engagement, and follow-up
• Stay informed on AI capabilities and sales technologies and their practical use
• Lead adoption of AI tools and new ways of working and assess impact on productivity
