Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to sales enquiries and deliver toolsets and services to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular engagement.
• Maintain after-sales service to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customers' creditworthiness to support business continuity.
• Gather market trends and feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Perform sales admin tasks to support smooth operations.
• Coordinate with headquarters on campaigns to promote equipment and solutions.
• Liaise with customers on order status and delivery updates.
• Assist Head of Sales in achieving annual targets.
• Prepare RFQs, quotations, and proposals with the Japan Sales Support and technical team.
• Monitor costs and ensure profitability.
• Follow up on purchase orders and payments to ensure timely closure.
