Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales/Account Manager to drive business growth for a global electronics manufacturer at the Yishun location in Singapore. You will manage key accounts, develop sales strategies, and build long-term customer relationships to achieve targets.

The role requires 2–4 years in B2B sales or account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM. A degree in Business/Marketing is preferred.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of working experience in B2B sales or account management
• Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated and target-driven with ability to meet sales objectives
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office
• AI literacy will be an added advantage

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned customer accounts and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders for retention.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely business support.
• Conduct price negotiations, visits, budgeting, order and payment monitoring, forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics and Production for order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with Product Team on design and development activities for existing customers and prospects.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market conditions.
