Job summary

Jointhire Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to handle assigned customer accounts in the semiconductor equipment sector. Based in Singapore, you will build strong relationships, understand customer requirements, and present suitable solutions to drive revenue.

You will manage quotations, provide technical and commercial support, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Engineering, Material Science, Business, Sales or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, semiconductor process engineering or technical sales is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and develop strong customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries and opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and business discussions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Support new product introduction and customer evaluation activities.
