Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales-focused professional in Singapore who will drive sales, manage customer accounts, and build lasting relationships through proactive communication.

The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to address technical queries and ensure quotations align with production capacity. You will review orders, present solutions, and deliver regular sales statistics while planning and executing sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Understands BOM and Drawings.
• Prior experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage customer accounts.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships through regular and effective communications.
• Handle customers’ inquiries and propose solutions to meet their requirements.
• Work with various departments to respond to customers’ technical queries.
• Review customer’s quotation requirements against company’s resources and capabilities.
• Follow-up with customers on quotations submitted to secure orders.
• Perform contract review to ensure requirements match quotation terms of supply and ensure documents/information are sufficient for production and delivery.
• Plan and execute sales strategies.
• Conduct presentations and customer visits.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales statistics and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
