Job summary

Set Sail AI is seeking a Sales Executive in Singapore to drive new business for our Agentic AI Platform. You will identify prospects, conduct outbound outreach, and close deals, building relationships with potential customers and coordinating with the technical team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, strong English communication, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Knowledge of CRM tools and a passion for AI are a plus.

Qualifications

1–3 years of direct B2B sales or business development experience.
Experience in outbound prospecting and converting opportunities into paying customers.
Experience selling SaaS, IT services or digital solutions is an advantage.
Clear spoken and written English, professional communication.
Strong organisation and follow-up skills for managing multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

Find new business opportunities by researching prospective companies in Singapore.
Conduct outbound sales outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand customer needs and purchasing timelines and qualify opportunities.
Conduct sales meetings and coordinate product demonstrations with technical team.
Prepare proposals and quotations with approved materials and pricing.
Progress opportunities to close sales and maintain an accurate CRM pipeline.
Attend networking sessions and events to develop sales opportunities.
Deliver against agreed sales targets.
