MajuTech is hiring a sales professional in Singapore to bridge SME owners and our AI-powered software team. You will identify opportunities, understand client operations, and demonstrate AI solutions—no coding required.

You will manage leads, present demos, scope requirements, and guide EDGE grant applications, while driving a results-oriented pipeline with uncapped commission and direct exposure to fast-growing AI projects.

Qualifications

• 2 years in B2B sales.
• Comfortable talking to SME owners and decision-makers.
• Self-driven and target-oriented; comfortable with commission-based upside.
• Good communication in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage for engaging Chinese-speaking clients.
• Own transport is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, referrals and inbound enquiries.
• Meet business owners and managers to understand operations and pain points.
• Present and demo AI solutions and custom software prototypes.
• Work with our solutions team to scope requirements and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Guide clients through the EDGE grant application process with our team.
• Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to signed deal using our CRM.
• Build long-term client relationships and spot upsell opportunities.
