B2K Pet Care Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a driven B2B Outdoor Sales Executive to grow key accounts and expand business with existing clients.

You will manage relationships, upsell, and resolve issues while leveraging CRM insights to identify opportunities. A Singapore GCE O-Level is required; Mandarin bilingualism is essential; a valid Singapore driving license is needed, and a vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• 1+ years in sales or key account management (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good interpersonal skills and a target-driven mindset.
• Class 3/3A Singapore driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Customer Support: Address inquiries and resolve issues to enhance the client experience.
• CRM Strategy & Optimization: Using CRM data to identify sales strategies and products based on customer past purchases.
• Payment Collection: Follow up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely collection.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' level certificate
• 1+ years in sales or key account management (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively serve our Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good interpersonal skills
