Job summary

Cintra Consultancy is seeking a Business Development Manager in Singapore for a self-employed, commission-only role. There is no base salary and earnings come from commissions on deals you source or on leads we provide.

You’ll build your pipeline, run discovery calls, present proposals, and close deals with a full team backing your pitches. Commissions are paid monthly, with a flexible, performance-driven path.

Qualifications

• You've closed B2B deals and can show the numbers.
• Agency, media or marketing sales experience is a plus.
• You'd rather bet on yourself than stay in a salary band.
• You're comfortable starting conversations with people who didn't ask for them.

Responsibilities

• Prospect by phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn, within PDPA and Do Not Call rules.
• Run discovery calls and pitch presentations.
• Build and own your pipeline, logging every lead in our CRM.
• Shape proposals with our team, then close.
• Keep a read on market trends, competitors and what clients need.
