Job summary

Cintra Consultancy Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager for a self-employed, commission-only contract. You will source deals, pitch services and manage your own pipeline in a fast-paced environment with no base salary but uncapped upside.

You’ll earn up to 15% commission on deals you source and up to 10% on leads provided, with commissions paid monthly. A broad service menu includes content, paid ads, branding and consulting to a variety of clients.

Qualifications

• Experience selling B2B services or digital campaigns.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
• Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect by phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn within PDPA rules.
• Run discovery calls and deliver pitches to clients.
• Build and own your pipeline and log leads in CRM.
• Shape proposals with team and close deals.
• Monitor market trends and client needs.
