HIPSTER PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a seasoned B2B SaaS sales professional to lead growth in Singapore and beyond. You will own the full sales cycle from outbound research to deal closure, targeting airports, facilities, government buyers, and large enterprises.

You will build the market, define target verticals, and collaborate directly with the CEO, product and project teams. Your performance unlocks higher commission rates with every quota milestone as you scale revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B technology or SaaS sales with a quota.
• Deals personally sourced and closed: buyer, value, sales cycle, your role.
• Enterprise or government selling: procurement, tenders, several stakeholders.
• Clear presentations and sharp written proposals.

Responsibilities

• Hunt target accounts via email, LinkedIn, calls and events; build your pipeline.
• Close: manage discovery, demos, POCs, proposals, tenders, negotiations and signature.
• Lead the room: present and negotiate with bid teams on tenders.
• Grow: expand across sites, phase-two rollouts and renewals.
• Forecast: maintain a clean CRM pipeline and reliable forecast.
