You will engage HR leaders and decision-makers, present proposals, close deals, and build strategic partnerships across industries. This full-time role offers an attractive commission structure and a stable Mon-Fri schedule, with a convenient office near MRT.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales.
• Experience selling training, education, HR solutions, or professional services is an advantage.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Drive business growth by identifying and developing new corporate accounts
• Promote WSQ-funded training programmes and workforce development solutions
• Engage HR professionals, business owners, and key decision-makers to understand their training needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and follow through on sales opportunities
• Develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth initiatives
