RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive new business development in a B2B environment. This on-site role focuses on generating leads, identifying client needs, and securing meetings with decision-makers.

You will deliver tailored proposals, maintain client relationships, and push opportunities through the sales cycle to meet targets. A network of contacts is advantageous for accelerating success.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a B2B sales or business development role is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive and confident in generating new business opportunities.
• Existing business contacts or a relevant client network will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Identify clients' digital marketing and technology needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers to secure business meetings.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and drive them through the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
• Proactively identify and develop new sources of business opportunities.
