Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to join our fast-paced recruitment and staffing team. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, call on clients, conduct presentations, negotiate terms and drive the sales process from first contact to close.

We offer basic salary with uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, bi-yearly salary increments based on performance, clear career progression and flexible 5-day work

Qualifications

• Relevant study in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related disciplines is advantageous.
• No prior experience required as training will be provided.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, recruitment or client management is an advantage.
• Comfortable making cold calls and actively developing new business.
• Comfortable in a sales-driven, target-oriented environment.
• Possess a CEI license will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities via cold or warm calls, client visits to identify and qualify potential clients.
• Conduct presentations, negotiations and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend recruitment and staffing solutions to drive the sales process from initial contact through to conversion.
• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Team to support successful placements and fulfill client requirements.
