Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive – B2B / Design Solutions to drive new business within the design sector from our Sims Close location in Singapore. You will build a robust sales pipeline, understand client requirements, and present tailored proposals to secure deals.

You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, meet quarterly targets, and contribute to ongoing revenue growth.

Qualifications

Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related discipline is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a solutions-based environment.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in design, fabrication, retail, exhibition, or related industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
Negotiate and close sales opportunities to achieve assigned targets.
Manage the sales process from initial engagement through project confirmation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business objectives.
