Job summary

TOEMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Executive for Client-Side B2B business development in Singapore. You will drive end-to-end sales from prospecting to closing, identify market opportunities, and engage clients to understand their objectives.

You will fix appointments, deliver compelling presentations, and build strong rapport with stakeholders across levels. A results-driven, independent worker with excellent communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
• Good understanding of the recruitment market.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Excellent presentation skills; ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• EA licensed personnel are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sales process, from contact to contract, to closing deals.
• Conduct research and identify potential clients, market segments, industries, potential business opportunities, market demands
• Fix appointments and handle customer engagement
• Prepare and deliver presentations while gathering feedbacks.
• Develop rapport with existing and potential clients, understanding their business objectives and needs.
• Work closely with the team to develop business plans and strategies to achieve team target as a whole
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set
