Job summary

The Design Factory is seeking a driven B2B Carpentry Sales Executive to develop new business relationships and grow our network of trade clients in Singapore. You will identify and engage interior design firms, contractors, architects, and developers, qualifying leads and presenting carpentry capabilities.

You will manage quotations, negotiate pricing, chase opportunities, and coordinate with production teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications

2 years of B2B sales or business development experience preferred.
Experience in carpentry/interiors/renovation industries advantageous.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and approaching new businesses.
Confident in meeting clients and delivering sales presentations.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B customers for carpentry and cabinetry services.
Build relationships with interior design firms, contractors, architects, developers, and commercial businesses.
Proactively prospect for new customers via cold calling, WhatsApp, email, networking and site visits.
Arrange meetings with potential clients and present carpentry capabilities, products and services.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable carpentry solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals.
Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining margins.
Develop long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Follow up on leads and opportunities until conversion.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
