Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is hiring a Sales Executive - B2B / Design Solutions to drive new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships. The role is based near Sims Close in Singapore and follows a 9:30am–6:30pm work day.

You should have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in design-related industries. The permanent position offers a monthly salary up to S$3,800, plus commissions, transport reimbursement, performance bonus, and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a solutions-based sales environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience within the design, fabrication, retail, exhibition or related industries would be advantageous.

• Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
