Vertical Institute, Singapore's AI and technology training provider, is hiring a high-performing B2B Sales Consultant to engage enterprise clients and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

You will work onsite in Singapore, selling workforce training solutions to C-suite leaders, L&D heads, and HR directors, identifying needs, presenting proposals, and guiding customers through the buying process. Competitive commission applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, especially with enterprise clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and propose training solutions.

Responsabilités

• Engage corporate clients, including C-suite executives, L&D heads, HR leaders, and business unit directors, to understand their training needs and business objectives.
• Identify workforce capability gaps and recommend relevant AI, technology, and professional training programmes.
• Prepare and present training proposals that align with client requirements, budgets, and organisational goals.
• Communicate the value of our training solutions and guide prospective clients through the decision-making process.
