Vertical Institute, Singapore's AI and technology training provider, is seeking a Corporate Solutions Consultant to advise executives and design tailored workforce learning solutions. You will engage with senior stakeholders, analyze needs, and craft proposals that align with strategic goals, driving AI transformation initiatives.

This full-time, onsite role offers uncapped commission and opportunities to build lasting client partnerships within a fast-scaling organization.

Qualificações

• Experience in B2B solution selling and client advisory roles.
• Background in technology, education, HR, professional services, consulting, SaaS, or related industries is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders including C-suite executives and department heads.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover business needs and propose value-driven solutions.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Commercially driven with strong business acumen and growth focus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while owning sales performance.
• Experience in building long-term client relationships and expanding accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with C-suite executives, L&D leaders, HR leaders, and stakeholders to assess workforce needs and propose learning solutions.
• Conduct structured training needs analyses to identify challenges and translate them into learning objectives.
• Design and present tailored learning proposals aligned with client goals and workforce priorities.
• Advise on upskilling strategies, AI transformation initiatives, and government-supported training opportunities where applicable.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor on learning solutions.
• Develop strategic partnerships with clients for account growth and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and outcomes.
• Maintain regular engagement with stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Own a portfolio from outreach to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Manage sales activities across calls, meetings, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and CRM.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and prioritize high-value prospects.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while delivering great client experiences.
