This role focuses on building relationships and delivering tailored upskilling solutions across AI and technology domains.

You will conduct consultative discussions, design learning proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and revenue growth in a dynamic B2B

Competenze

• Experience in telesales and full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics.

Mansioni

• Reach out to prospective corporate clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate training market.
• Engage with HR leaders, L&D professionals, business owners, department heads, and senior decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing corporate clients.
• Follow up consistently with leads, enquiries, and prospective accounts.
• Understand clients’ business challenges and training objectives; conduct structured discussions.
