Qualifications

• Experience in B2B solution selling.
• Background in technology, education, HR, professional services, SaaS is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders including C-suite and HR leaders.
• Strong consultative selling skills to uncover business needs and propose value-driven solutions.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with C-suite executives, L&D and HR leaders to understand workforce capability needs and propose learning solutions.
• Conduct structured needs analyses to identify business challenges and translate them into learning objectives.
• Design and present tailored learning proposals aligned with client goals and workforce priorities.
• Advise on upskilling strategies, AI transformation initiatives, and government-supported training opportunities.
