Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance.
• Strong technical knowledge in SFA, FAA, MAS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory advice and interpretation across the business.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance monitoring frameworks.
• Support product design to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage all Regulatory Compliance and Conduct Risk issues.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to embed a strong culture of compliance.
