We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking transformation leader to drive the modernization of Group Payment Operations through strategic platform solutions, process automation, and technology transformation initiatives. This role will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of next-generation payment platforms, leveraging automation, workflow orchestration, data-driven insights, and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency, resilience, scalability, and client experience.
As a key member of the transformation team, you will collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, Product, Operations Risk, Compliance, and external technology partners to deliver strategic modernization programs across the payment’s ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future-state operating model, ensuring platforms and processes are aligned with the organization's growth strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Your leadership will be instrumental in transforming payment operations into a highly automated, resilient, and intelligent organization capable of supporting evolving business and client needs.
