Job summary

Based in Tampines, you will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with internal partners, and deliver payment services on time and in full.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in payment operations or related banking functions.
• Proven ability to lead service transformation and change management initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of Group Payment Operations into a client-focused service organization.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align service delivery with business objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and risk mitigation.
• Standardize and optimize operating procedures to reduce friction and improve client experience.
• Build and drive a regional service model with consistent standards across markets.
• Communicate service performance and risk to senior leadership and drive improvements.
