Event Operations & Technical Support
- Set up, operate, and manage audio‑visual equipment for corporate events, conferences, webinars, and live productions.
- Operate vMix or similar livestreaming/production software, ensuring stable broadcast output, smooth transitions, and correct scene/signal routing.
- Configure and operate audio mixers (digital/analog) including gain staging, EQ, routing, monitor mixes, and audio troubleshooting.
- Operate video mixers/switchers, especially Blackmagic ATEM, for multi‑camera switching, graphics integration, and signal management.
Setup, Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Set up cameras, microphones, displays, projectors, LED walls, encoders, and associated AV peripherals.
- Troubleshoot live issues rapidly, including signal flow (audio/video), software instability, and connectivity problems.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Provide technical guidance to clients, speakers, and talent before and during live events.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Audio Production, Media Technology, AV Technology, or related fields.
- Proficiency with vMix (or similar platforms like OBS, Wirecast).
- Hands‑on experience with audio mixing consoles (Yamaha, Allen & Heath, Behringer, etc.).
- Skilled in operating Blackmagic ATEM switchers or other professional video mixers.
- 2 years of experience in live event support, broadcast operations, or AV production.
- Certifications in AV technologies (e.g., CTS) are an advantage.
