Qualifications

2+ years experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
Ability to detect basic vehicle faults and problems.
Proficient with computers to manage customer information and service orders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact between customers and the workshop to ensure quick responses and smooth service.
Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
Arrange test drives with customers to identify any additional issues, if needed.
Accurately record customer concerns on the job card.
Provide service quotes and estimated time for completion.
Monitor service progress and update customers.
Inspect repaired vehicles before handing them back to customers.
Coordinate with other departments to fix any issues after repairs.
Manage vehicle check-in and check-out processes.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service.
Handle documentation for cost estimates, repair quotes, and vehicle history.
Complete admin tasks, billing, and close job cards on time.
Manage and maintain the Data Management System (DMS).
