Key responsibilities include handling bookings, enquiries and complaints, presenting clear quotations, coordinating with the workshop, and building long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction.

Formación

• 2 years minimum in customer service or sales roles.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of vehicle functions and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Handle bookings, enquiries, and complaints across multiple channels.
• Understand service needs and prepare quotations for approval.
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely job completion.
• Provide clear information and address customer concerns with solutions.
• Collect and present customer feedback to drive service improvements.
• Support the Customer Service Manager in improving service processes.
