Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics/robotics.
• 2-4 years of sales/business development experience in robotics, automation, or industrial solutions.
• Strong understanding of robotic applications (e.g., mobile robots, robotic arms, automation integration).
• Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to tailor engineering solutions.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on long-term partnerships and market trends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Willingness to travel overseas as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support to assist sales effort.
• Deliver in-depth presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• On-site technical repair and maintenance for robotic or automation projects.
• Support business development and identify opportunities in Singapore and ASEAN region.
• Assist Sales Manager to develop strategies and drive business in new and existing markets.
• Conduct due diligence and propose solutions for prospective partners.
• Conduct market research and need analysis to inform decisions and recommend solutions.
• Assist in managing the full sales cycle including proposals, pricing, negotiation and finalization of contracts.
