Greentech International PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer who combines technical acumen with commercial insight to serve as the primary technical contact for clients.

You will understand automation challenges and propose optimal control solutions from our PLC, HMI, SCADA, drives, and motion control portfolio. Collaborating with customers and internal teams, you will build a robust sales pipeline, deliver compelling technical presentations, and support pre-sales

Qualificações

• Engineering degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a Sales Engineer or similar technical sales role.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Singapore.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve targets.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales, managing the full sales cycle from lead to order.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new potential applications for our products.
• Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and process challenges.
• Recommend and design appropriate control system architectures (e.g., PLC-based systems, HMI integration, network topologies).
• Provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and feasibility studies.
• Liaise with our technical team and principal suppliers to develop the best technical solutions for complex projects.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and project managers at existing and new client accounts.
• Provide regular updates and after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Collaborate with the internal sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align strategies and share market insights.
• Provide feedback from the field to management on product performance, competitor activities, and market demands.
