Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with LTA & SMRT projects or equivalent.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and production of AutoCAD site drawings to secure client approvals.
• Conduct site surveys to gather data for drawings and installation.
• Verify plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage contract design documents to maintain project alignment.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and workforce for project progress.
• Liaise with local authorities for compliance with regulations.
• Engage with clients to communicate project status and updates.
• Prepare cost-effective material selections to optimize budgets.
• Produce site cutting lists for procurement activities.
• Finalize as-built drawings with quantity surveyors for claims.
• Prepare reports to document project progress and issues.
• Act as technical adviser on sites to resolve unforeseen technical difficulties.
