Responsibilities
  • Lead the installation, configuration, and support of audio visual and conference system projects to meet client specifications and project goals
  • Engage with customers to accurately capture technical requirements and define project scope for effective solution delivery
  • Deliver technical support through systematic testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning to ensure system functionality and reliability
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities by conducting system demonstrations that showcase capabilities and support client decision-making
  • Develop clear technical documentation and prepare basic project reports to communicate project progress and outcomes
