Job Summary:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager – Process Governance &Programmes to oversee SOP management, process verification, and programmecoordination. The role supports strong governance practices, effective HRprocesses, and the organization of Life Program activities for cancer survivors/patients, ensuring smooth execution and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Verify, monitor, and improve internal processes for compliance and effectiveness
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to approved processes across teams
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate Life Programme activities for cancer survivors
  • Support HR operations including onboarding, payroll, leave administration, policy implementation etc
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • Relevant experience in process governance, HR operations, and programme organisation/coordination will be advantageous
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work sensitively and professionally on survivor-focused programmes
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
