Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Associate Support Engineer on a 12-month contract to provide desk-side and remote IT support in Singapore. The role focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining desktop hardware, software, and networking issues for clients.

You will work 9am–6pm, Mon–Fri, with on-site and remote support, and you will report to the Team Lead/Manager. A 12-month contract and salary range reflect the market for an entry-mid level IT support position.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support.
• Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology.
• Strong desktop hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to document issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support to resolve IT issues (hardware/software/network) on notebooks/desktops and peripherals.
• Perform installations, migrations and troubleshooting.
• Resolve issues outside normal hours when required.
• Participate in service ticketing and scheduling processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and escalate to Level 2/3 support.
• Provide in-house helpdesk via phone/email/remote access.
• Document troubleshooting and resolution steps.
• Assist in customer training when required.
• Keep customers informed on progress and developments.
• Report to Team Lead/Manager; prepare daily/weekly activity reports.
• Support other tasks and projects as assigned by Manager.

• Experience working in an IT support role for about 1-2 years.
• Versed in practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques with customer support background preferred

Job Summary:

• The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting Desktop & IT-related issues and providing post-sales Maintenance support services to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Support on-site and remote end-users to resolve IT-related issues (hardware/software/network) on their notebooks/desktops and related peripherals.
• Perform installations, migrations and troubleshooting on systems.
• Resolve issues that occur outside work hours whenever needed.
• Participate in the service ticket system and task assignment and scheduling processes.
• Adhere to SOPs to carry out duties and escalation of issue to Level 2/3 support.
• Provide in-house helpdesk support via phone/email/remote access support.
• Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
• Participate in providing customer training when required.
• Keep customers informed on the support development and progress.
• Report to assigned Team Lead/Manager during support request.
• Provide reports to facilitate case monitoring/closing, daily/weekly timesheet on activities for operational visibility.
• Other tasks and projects as assigned by Manager or Management.
