Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking an entry-level IT support candidate for a contract-based role in Singapore. The position involves desktop troubleshooting, equipment deployment and end-user support with practical exposure to IT tasks.

Diploma or degree in IT or related fields is preferred, and prior work experience is not required. The role requires commuting between the main office near Tanjong Pagar MRT and client sites at Pasir Panjang or Bugis, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software and system-related issues.
• Configure, set up and deploy laptops, desktops and other IT equipment.
• Install and troubleshoot software, applications and basic network connectivity.
• Assist users with system and application usage, including basic guidance and training.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and basic IT configurations.
• Log, track and follow up on support requests, escalating complex issues when required.
• Perform basic IT maintenance and support inventory management and documentation.
