Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Support Engineer to provide pre-sales support, respond to customer queries, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues. This full-time role requires strong problem-solving and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.

You will diagnose and resolve technical problems, create documentation, and assist with product certifications and warranty/claims processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 3-5 years hands on experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support / consultation, responding to customer support requests and queries in a timely and accurate manner
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and applying the best solutions to resolve technical issues
• Providing technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Creating technical documentation and manuals to assist other team members and users
• Support on new product certifications and renewals
• Provide support on company’s Warranty Entitlement and Claim system

Monthly Salary: $3,800 - $4,200 (depends on experience)

- South (near Labrador MRT station) (Shuttle service provided at Queenstown MRT)
- Mon to Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
