Job summary

A financial communications company in Singapore seeks a team member to assist with IR/PR objectives for clients including SGX-listed firms. Responsibilities include refining communication strategies, preparing presentations, and coordinating client meetings, while candidates must possess a degree in a relevant field and strong organizational and communication skills in English and Mandarin. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist team leaders in servicing an existing portfolio of SGX-listed and privately-owned companies to help them achieve their IR/PR objectives.
  • Maintain regular communication with C-Suite executives to understand their IR/PR objectives and plan or refine their IR/PR roadmap accordingly.
  • Prepare relevant communication collateral including corporate presentations, factsheets, press releases, website information, and quarterly/yearly financial reports, that incorporate clients’ positioning and key messages.
  • Co‑develop and execute IR/PR strategies on a case‑by‑case basis effectively based on clients’ requirements among the targeted audiences such as analysts, investors, and media.
  • Organise and coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and media interviews for clients.
  • Proactively seek out media feature opportunities, whether corporate or personality profiling, to improve clients’ publicity and awareness in Singapore and the region.
  • Carry out media monitoring for clients and prepare summary reports of IR-related activities.
  • Experience or knowledge in sustainability reporting and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles is advantageous.
Candidate Criteria
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 2‑3 years of relevant experience will have an advantage.
  • Experience in journalism, finance, asset management, investment analysis, or corporate communications (agency or in-house) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, and solid presentation, interpersonal, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication and business writing skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines, work effectively under pressure, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
  • Proven ability to multi‑task and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Self‑motivated, responsible, and possessing a positive work ethic.
  • Short notice availability preferred, but not required.
