The company seeks an Associate Sales Development Representative in Singapore with a commercial mindset to own inbound demand, qualify opportunities, and help build a strong pipeline across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

The role involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Pre-Sales teams, engaging prospects, and guiding them toward a purchase.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Development, Inside Sales, Lead Gen or Business Development.
• Experience supporting customers across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Fluency in Malay and/or Bahasa Indonesia; strong English communication.
• Proven ability to engage prospects, qualify opportunities and influence decisions.
• Experience using CRM systems and structured sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and convert inbound demand from leads to qualified opportunities.
• Drive revenue by qualifying opportunities and accelerating buying decisions.
• Create commercial momentum through email, phone and digital channels.
• Partner with Marketing, Technical Sales, Resellers and ASEAN Sales Director.
• Spot high-value opportunities and hand over to resellers or director as needed.
• Prospect new accounts and generate additional pipeline via outbound outreach.
• Enhance the customer journey using CRM insights to improve lead management.
